4000 years ago, bread was flattened and baked on a hot clay, hill-shaped oven called “Saj”. This Phoenician Heritage is still alive today in the villages of Lebanon and at cultural events. In 2004, we launched Saj 2 Go bakery concept in Dubai using the finest wheat and keeping the traditional way of flattening the dough by hand and baking it one after another. The Saj bread is one of the healthiest bread made without any additives. We also use the freshest ingredients while ensuring the highest hygiene standards. Our central kitchen is HACCP certified.
